Terms of Service

Last updated: June 2025

1. Service Description

MailMount provides managed business email solutions for organizations, teams, and service providers. Service activation is subject to manual review and is not available through instant public signup.

2. Service Activation

New business accounts are reviewed manually before activation. Service activation may require domain readiness, DNS record changes, mailbox planning, and confirmation of onboarding requirements. MailMount reserves the right to decline or defer service to any applicant.

3. Pricing

Prices displayed on this website are standard business list rates unless otherwise stated in writing. Final pricing may vary based on mailbox volume, billing term, storage requirements, migration scope, partner arrangement, and support requirements. No price is binding until confirmed in a written service agreement or invoice.

4. Acceptable Use

All services are subject to MailMount's Acceptable Use Policy. Customers and partners are responsible for ensuring that their use and their end users' use of MailMount services complies with applicable laws and the Acceptable Use Policy.

5. Partner and Reseller Terms

Partner program applications are reviewed manually. Approval, pricing, and service terms for partners may vary based on business type, expected volume, region, and operational requirements. Partner program terms are discussed and agreed separately from standard service terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

MailMount provides services on a commercially reasonable efforts basis. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use or interruption beyond the amounts paid for the applicable service period.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
