Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy applies to all customers, partners, and end users of MailMount services. It defines the types of activities that are prohibited on MailMount's email infrastructure to protect service quality, deliverability, and the integrity of business email communication.
2. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are prohibited on MailMount services:
- Sending spam, unsolicited bulk email, or commercial email to recipients who have not opted in
- Phishing, fraud, impersonation, or any deceptive communications
- Distribution of malware, viruses, or malicious software
- Illegal activities of any kind under applicable law
- Harassment, threats, or abusive communications
- Bulk unsolicited email campaigns
- Impersonating another person, organization, or business
- Abuse of email infrastructure including deliberate delivery failure generation
- Any use that could damage the reputation of shared mail infrastructure
- Transmission of content that violates intellectual property rights
3. Permitted Use
MailMount services are intended for legitimate professional business communication, including internal team communication, client correspondence, business notifications, and related organizational use. All use must comply with applicable laws in the user's jurisdiction.
4. Enforcement
Violation of this policy may result in account suspension or termination without refund. MailMount reserves the right to investigate suspected policy violations and cooperate with law enforcement where required.
5. Reporting Abuse
To report suspected abuse of MailMount services, contact support@mailmount.net.
6. Policy Updates
This policy may be updated periodically. Continued use of MailMount services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
